Learn the basics in balloon decoration,
we will teach you the different ways to tie, arrange and also inform you of the rules and regulations and explain the reasons behind them (this will include the impact releases and customers behaviours around balloons has on the enviroment and wildlife) we will show you the different latex ranges, equipment overview, and advise on organic arrangements, pricing but most of all  also percieved value.
show you how working with balloons can not only be thereputic but most of be fun.  
this course is designed for people with little or no experience of working with balloons it is approx  4 hours with an experienced artist with over 17 years experience.
